History

St. Alphonsus high school is a catholic (Christian) minority institution established and admitted by the society of catechist sisters of St. Ann, Hyderabad province.

The management was founded in 1914 and Nalgonda district A.P. by Rev. Fr. Silvio Pasquali PIME to spread the light of Christ through various charitable activities. The objectives of the management are the culmination of the various qualities of its founder to eradicate poverty, social injustice, oppression and ignorance among rural masses, which is the mission of catechist sisters of St. Ann. The management has extended its service to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala in India as well as in Italy and Tanzania of North Africa.
